Gary Hays, Executive Director

Gary was voted Executive Director to lead thinkSMALL in 2016.
Gary co-founded thinkSMALL in 2007. His responsibilities include developing a strategic plan for thinkSMALL in Asia, Africa and the Americas. He coaches thinkSMALL international leaders in strategic planning, budget management, goal setting, spiritual development and ongoing Biblical education.
Prior to thinkSMALL Gary was a national manager for a global food company overseeing 22 sales teams.
Gary is an ordained minister and speaks internationally at global conferences.
He lives in Phoenix, Arizona

Craig Langhans, Chairman & Treasurer

Craig graduated from Multnomah Bible College in Portland, Oregon.
He was a lead pastor for forty-four years in Washington state. During that time he planted four churches.
Craig lives in Spokane, Washington.
Paula Hays, Vice-President

Paula graduated from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas) with a degree in Cultural Anthropology.
From 1981 to 1996 Paula was president of Symposium, Maui (sponsor of educational conferences for physicians).
She is an ordained minister.
Paula lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
Sathit Sutancharoen (Simon)

Sathit earned his MBA and law degree from Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok, Thailand.
He is a Pastor in Our Home Chapel Church, Bangkok.
Sathit lives in Bangkok.
Raj Mondal
_
Raj is an ordained minister with a Masters Degree in Divinity and Theology.
Raj formerly served with the Billy Graham organization, Teen Challenge and as District Education Director for the Nazarene denomination in South Asia.
Raj lives in Calcutta, India.
Serges Nsabimana

Serges is an ordained minister with a degree in Education and Social Health Services.
He is a former director of the Burundian government’s land office.
He currently oversees 300 Burundian churches.
Serges lives in Ngozi, Burundi.
Brandon Brazee

Brandon graduated from Whitworth University with degrees in Theology and in Philosophy
He is an ordained minister with the Foursquare Church and has held various pastoral roles over the past 20 years
Brandon lives in Cologne, Germany
Alex Chai

Alex is an ordained minister and has an M.A. in Cross Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary.
He and his wife, Debbie have planted three churches and have been pastoring Word of Life Church 2011.
Alex lives in Billings, Montana.

Kelsey Donahue, Executive Assistant

Kelsey graduated with a Masters degree in Administration from Western Illinois University. She worked for several years organizing conventions for a global company.
She co-manages finances, communications and administration for thinkSMALL.
Kelsey lives in Spokane, Washington.
